The sliders labeled "Public" & "Published" are found on various major elements of the platform:

These sliders allow you to make any of the above visible on the web AND/OR publicly listed in BoaterBase™ listings. 

This means you can set what you are working to PUBLISHED and view your work, or share it, on any web browser. 

PUBLIC means you have made that element available to be seen in our listing displays as well as any collections you may have .
